An alternate number, in the event the main number is not available, is (270) 726-2520 and can be used to report any electric service issues. We are fully staffed during our normal working hours (7:30 – 4:00) Monday-Friday. After hours, weekends, and holidays there is a serviceman on call to handle any service issues. Prior to calling, please check the breakers or fuses in your service panel or other equipment to make sure the problem is not inside the premises. Service calls made and the problem is determined to be on the customer’s side of the point of attachment, usually the weather head, will result in the customer being billed for the service call with a minimum call out time of two (2) hours at overtime rates.
